1. Does it show fingerprints?

Because of the oleophobic coating on our screen protectors, fingerprints won't stick and can be easily wiped away. We recommend using a cloth for quick and easy cleaning.

2. What is the sensitivity like on the screen once I apply the screen protector?

The Samsung S9 and S9 Plus have a new feature designed for use with screen protectors. In order to increase the screen's touch sensitivity when using a screen protector, simply adjust the settings to your preference here: Settings – Advanced Features – Touch Sensitivity

We uses premium tempered glass which makes this screen protector much smoother than plastic alternatives. Fingers glide across just like your original glass screen. Furthermore, the edge is polished by advanced machines many times after high-speed cutting, producing the perfect 2.5D arc edge. This give the screen protector a smooth feeling edge.

3. What will cause tempered glass to break or shatter?

Tempered glass has been reinforced for hours to increase its strength in order to provide better protection for your phone screen. Compared to ordinary glass of the same thickness, tempered glass can withstand 3 to 5 times the external impact force. Therefore, it will decrease the risk of the screen breaking if the phone is accidentally dropped. The screen protector will share most of the force form the impact. However if the external force exceeds the screen protector's force bearing capacity or is impacted in particular angles, it will break, thus helping to protect the screen.

4. Does it come with a cleaning wipe to use prior to placing on the phone?

5. How can I avoid dust spots?

Every ESR screen protector will include a cleaning kit in the package. Before installing the screen protector, please follow the instructions in the package to clean the screen. Please make sure there is no more dirt or dust on the screen before applying the screen protector. Also, please try to find a humid place with less dust to install the screen protector.

6. How can I get rid of bubbles?

Before installing screen protector, please make sure to clean the screen as the instruction in the package. If you still find bubbles, please press them for about 1 minute.

7. If I purchased the wrong size can I exchange it for the right size? Absolutely! We are happy to send you the right size screen protector as a replacement.
